Thus, the family's total monthly expense has reached 47,300 TL. Faced with the increasing financial burden, it was reported that Hakan Balta consulted with his wife Derya Balta and decided to move, and they are now looking for a new home in the area.

The Balta couple is considering moving to a different neighborhood as they believe the complex's social amenities and security do not justify these high fees. The couple, who married in 2007, made headlines due to the shock they experienced over the maintenance fees. Hakan Balta played football for Galatasaray for many years and ended his professional football career in 2018.
