It has been stated that the project developed by Gökçe, who gained international fame with his "Salt Bae" move, is named "The N Residences Ibiza." The luxury residential project is reportedly nearing completion.
The project reportedly includes a total of 51 luxury apartments, as well as 4 restaurants, a swimming pool, and underground parking.
Over the years, Gökçe had built an investment network that grew on an international scale with restaurants opened in different countries. With the project in Ibiza, a real estate investment has now been added to this network.
