Women to run on the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge on October 29

The 100th Anniversary Republic Women's Run will take place on Sunday, October 29, on the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge. The event, which is open only to women, will convey the message, "The Republic is strong with women, and women are strong with the Republic."

Those wishing to participate in the event, which will be the first pedestrian organization to be held on the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, can register at "cumhuriyetkadinlarikosusu.com". A total of 225 thousand TL in prizes will be awarded to the winners.

The 5-kilometer run, which will start on the European side and extend to the Anatolian side, will begin at 09:00.

It was stated that donations will be made to Darüşşafaka, the Community Volunteers Foundation (TOG), the Tüvana Foundation for Educating Children (TOÇEV), the Turkish Education Association (TED), the Turkish Athletics Foundation, and the Yanındayız Association with the resources provided by sponsors within the scope of the run.
