Mother of two murdered by having her throat slit

The incident occurred on the 13th floor of a 17-story apartment complex in the Balaç neighborhood of Samsun's Atakum district.

According to the information obtained, Fatih Yıldırım (41) went to his home after being unable to reach his wife, and with the help of a neighbor, they opened the fire escape door with a screwdriver and entered the house. 

Fatih Yıldırım found his wife, Kader Yıldırım (39), a mother of two, motionless with her throat slit. The incident was reported to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Police and medical teams who arrived at the house determined that Kader Yıldırım had lost her life. 

The woman's lifeless body was sent to the Council of Forensic Medicine Samsun Group Presidency for an autopsy following the police investigation at the scene.

The husband, Fatih Yıldırım, was taken to the Samsun Police Department to provide a statement. Yıldırım stated that the gold bracelets on his wife's arm had been stolen. 

REVEALED TO BE HIS AUNT'S SON

As a result of the investigation conducted by the police regarding the incident, it was determined that the person who committed the murder was M.I. (32), the son of the deceased woman's husband's aunt, who lived on the 3rd floor of the same building. 

M.I., who was captured and taken into custody, confessed that he had a debt of 300 thousand TL and committed the murder to take the woman's bracelets.

The police seized the 3 gold bracelets that M.I. had taken from the woman's arm after the murder. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
