Journalist and television presenter Sinem Fıstıkoğlu has announced that her new workplace is Sözcü TV. Fıstıkoğlu, who announced her departure from Halk TV on October 19, stated in a post on her social media account that she has joined the Sözcü TV family.
In her post, Fıstıkoğlu included the Sözcü TV logo and stated that she will continue her journalistic activities at her new channel.

Following the police operation conducted on Halk TV on October 14, the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) was appointed as a trustee to the channel's management, and broadcasts were halted.
After the trustee decision, several figures, including Halk TV Editor-in-Chief Suat Toktaş and Program Coordinator Kürşad Oğuz, left the channel. Fıstıkoğlu was also among the programmers who announced their departure during this process.
