Response from YENİ Party's Yıldızlı, who was alleged to be joining CHP: I am happy in the YENİ Party

YENİ Party Kocaeli MP Harun Özgür Yıldızlı responded to the "return to CHP" claims in which his name was mentioned.

Yıldızlı stated that the claims regarding his move to the CHP do not reflect the truth.

In his statement, YENİ Party's Yıldızlı said, "I am happy in the YENİ Party. I will not be leaving anywhere."

In political circles, it had been alleged that nine MPs, including Yıldızlı, wanted to join the CHP. According to the claim, CHP's Engin Özkoç called Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who was brought to the position of CHP Chairman by a court decision, and made a request regarding the return of some names to the CHP.

In the same claim, it was alleged that Kılıçdaroğlu said that the completion of the party convention process should be awaited on this matter.

According to the claim by journalist Tolgahan Erdoğan, the names alleged to want to join the CHP were listed as follows: Tuncay Özkan, Mustafa Sarıgül, Okan Konuralp, Harun Özgür Yıldızlı, Talih Özcan, Barış Karadeniz, Aşkın Genç, Servet Mullaoğlu, and Şeref Arpacı.
