What do Babacan and Davutoğlu think about the resignations in their parties?

DEVA Party Chairman Ali Babacan was taken aback by the resignation of two members of parliament from his party.

According to a report by Nefes, Babacan stated that he did not expect Istanbul MP Evrim Rızvanoğlu and Tekirdağ MP Cem Avşar to leave the party, telling his inner circle, "I was not expecting this at all. I am very surprised. I thought both of these friends were committed to us."

Following the resignations of Rızvanoğlu and Avşar, both individuals joined the ranks of the Republican People's Party (CHP).

SURPRISING RESIGNATIONS IN THE FUTURE PARTY AS WELL

Developments similar to those in the DEVA Party also occurred in the Future Party. Istanbul MPs İsa Mesih Şahin and Selim Temürci resigned from their party. Ahmet Davutoğlu expressed that he learned about the resignations from the press and received the news with great sadness. It is alleged that Şahin and Temürci carried out their resignations without informing Davutoğlu.

Rumors are circulating in political circles that the MPs who resigned from the Future Party will join the AKP. It is claimed that Istanbul MPs İsa Mesih Şahin and Selim Temürci, and most recently Kocaeli MP Doğan Demir, have decided to join the AKP.
