Feature to silence unknown or unsaved callers is coming to WhatsApp Web

WhatsApp continues to introduce new features for security. One of these was silencing unknown users. The feature, which was offered for iOS and Android users, has now arrived for the Web version as well.

SILENCING FEATURE HAS ARRIVED FOR WHATSAPP WEB TOO

WhatsApp explains the feature as follows:

“Silence Unknown Callers is designed to give you more privacy and control over your incoming calls. It helps to automatically screen out spam, scams, and calls from unknown people for increased protection. These calls will not ring on your phone, but will be visible in your Calls list, just in case it turns out to be someone important.”

WhatsApp is working on a feature to silence unknown callers for the web client!
