Apple has rolled out Turkish language support for Siri AI with the first developer beta of iOS 27.3. Along with Turkish, Traditional Chinese, Vietnamese, and Norwegian have also been added to the list of languages supported by Siri AI with this update.
In an announcement last week, the company stated that Siri AI would be operational in these languages by the end of the year. The new beta version confirms that this schedule is now in effect. No official date has been provided for the public release of iOS 27.3; the update is expected to be released in December.

SIRI WILL PERFORM MORE TASKS WITHIN APPS
iOS 27.3 aims not only for Siri AI to respond in new languages but also to perform more tasks within applications. Siri will be able to complete actions in apps such as Calendar, Files, Journal, Mail, Maps, Messages, Music, Notes, Photos, Reminders, Safari, Shortcuts, and Weather.
Users will be able to ask Siri directly what actions they can perform in each app. For example, tasks such as unsubscribing from email lists in Mail or undoing a recently sent message, as well as clearing history, organizing tabs, and closing duplicate tabs in Safari, will be possible through Siri.

It is noted that the update will also be an important step for making Apple Intelligence available to users in China. However, Apple has not yet made a comprehensive statement regarding the final release date or availability details for all regions.
NEW VOICE FEATURES FOR APPLE WATCH
The watchOS 27.3 beta, released during the same period, also brings notable innovations to the Apple Watch. As part of the Audio Intelligence package previously introduced for Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4, Live Rewind and Siri Recap features have been brought to the beta.
Live Rewind can transcribe the last 15 seconds of a conversation and display it on the watch screen. The feature is only activated when the Digital Crown is pressed twice and does not go beyond the 15-second segment. It is stated that no recording is kept unless the user sends the text to Siri or saves it to the Siri app.

Siri Recap, on the other hand, analyzes conversations throughout the day in the background to prepare short summaries consisting of headings and key points. The summaries do not contain full transcripts; they are automatically deleted after seven days if the user does not save them. The feature can be scheduled based on time, location, or both, and can be manually toggled on or off via the Control Center.
According to privacy notes shared by MacRumors, Audio Intelligence does not create or store raw audio recordings. While Live Rewind and Sound Recognition work on-device, it is stated that Siri Recap summaries are prepared on Apple's Private Cloud Compute infrastructure.
The new features on Apple Watch currently only work in English. Usage requires an Apple Watch Series 12 or Ultra 4, as well as an iPhone 16 or newer model that supports Apple Intelligence and Siri AI. Users under 13 cannot access the features; parental consent is required for child accounts under 18.
