Special artificial intelligence coming for iPhones
In a new study, scientists working for Apple have tested whether systems like ChatGPT can be run directly on the iPhone.
Apple has accelerated its work on AI-focused chatbots. It has been claimed that the Ajax model, previously referred to as Apple GPT, will come to iPhones.
It is even being discussed that this model could be customized according to the user's habits.
According to the news on Shiftdelete.net, tech giants are joining forces for the iPhone's artificial intelligence. OpenAI and the company of Apple's former designer, LoveFrom, are becoming partners.
UP TO 20-25 TIMES FASTER PERFORMANCE
According to the researchers' report, the iPhone utilizes storage space for these techniques. It was stated that artificial intelligence could be embedded into the iPhone using new methods such as "windowing" and "row-column bundling."
In Apple's tests, it was stated that performance was up to 4-5 times faster on processors and up to 20-25 times faster on the graphics unit.
This means that a comprehensive update to be provided for Siri could add artificial intelligence capabilities to the iPhone.
It also enables Apple to integrate Ajax, which will compete with ChatGPT, directly into the iPhone.
