Another penalty for a Turkish club from FIFA: Total points deduction rises to 60
The TFF has announced that, following a decision by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee, a 6-point deduction has been imposed on Adana Demirspor in relation to a specific case.
The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) has announced that, in accordance with a decision by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee, a 6-point deduction has been applied to Adana Demirspor, which competes in the Nesine 2nd League.
According to the federation's notification, the new sanction was implemented within the scope of a case involving the club. Following this decision, the total number of points deducted from Adana Demirspor's tally this season has reached 60.
The blue-and-navy club had previously faced point deductions due to unresolved cases during the season, as well as processes stemming from transfer and player debts.
While the latest decision further complicates Adana Demirspor's standing in the league, it was stated that the processes regarding the club's files before FIFA are being monitored.
