The statement noted, "It is important to speak and act within the framework of rules of respect when communicating with police and local authorities," and added, "Since 'Hurma' means woman in Arabic, it would be useful to say 'Tamr' when purchasing dates." On the other hand, although it was stated that there is no requirement for women to wear a headscarf, it was noted that general etiquette and dress codes must be observed.

The statement, titled "Turkish Citizens Coming to Riyadh Must Pay Attention to the Following Points," is as follows:

For medical emergencies and ambulances, 997 must be called.
