Fenerbahçe announces Extraordinary General Assembly meeting
Fenerbahçe Sports Club has issued an announcement for an Extraordinary General Assembly meeting.
In a statement regarding the matter, the yellow-navy club said, "Our club's Extraordinary General Assembly meeting will be held on September 13-14, 2025, at 10:30 AM, to discuss the agenda items specified below, at the former Kenan Evren High School plot located on the parcel adjacent to the Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Sports Complex, at Zühtüpaşa Neighborhood, Recep Peker Street, Door No:3A and No:5, Kadıköy/Istanbul.
If a sufficient quorum is not reached at the first meeting, the General Assembly will convene on September 20-21, 2025, at the same place and time, with the same agenda, without requiring a quorum.
The total number of members eligible to attend the General Assembly is 49,268. Our members who will attend the General Assembly will be able to receive their entry cards by applying to the application desks corresponding to their surnames and signing next to their names on the lists, along with their identity cards.
In accordance with the second and third paragraphs of Article 28 of our statutes, candidacy applications for the Chairman of the Board and members can be made until 6:00 PM on September 6, 2025," the statement read.
