Galatasaray's Osimhen reported to police
It has emerged that Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen has been reported to judicial authorities due to a vehicle rental dispute that occurred during his time playing for Napoli.
The name of Victor Osimhen, one of the key forwards for the yellow-red team, has become involved in a legal process in Italy. It is alleged that Osimhen entered into a contract with a car rental company in 2023, while he was playing for Napoli. However, it is stated that payments for the luxury car subject to the agreement were not made.
According to information reflected in the records, it is claimed that after taking delivery of the Mercedes GLE, the footballer did not pay the installments, leaving a debt that reached approximately 90 thousand euros in a short time. While the company could not access the vehicle or its keys despite the contract ending, they officially reported Osimhen to the Crescenzago police station on allegations of 'embezzlement' following these events.
It has been reported that following the company's application, Italian authorities have begun investigating the details of the incident.
