Osmanelispor makes three more transfers, Hasan Koç becomes general captain

Osmanelispor, which will represent Bilecik in the Professional Transition League (PGL) during the 2026-2027 football season, has reached an agreement with three more names as part of its new season restructuring. The club announced that it has added Faruk Erdoğan, Muhammed Bal, and Baran Özdemir to its squad.

Having been promoted to the PGL after becoming champions in the Bilecik 1st Amateur League in the 2025-2026 season, Osmanelispor had previously announced 8 transfers, including one player each from Bodrumspor and Sakaryaspor. With these latest signings, the red-and-green team's squad for the new season has largely begun to take shape.

Osmanelispor Club President Akın Okumuş stated that they are nearing the end of their transfer efforts and that they believe the new players will make significant contributions to the team. Okumuş expressed that Faruk Erdoğan stands out with his vision and versatile structure, Muhammed Bal with his technical capacity and effective one-on-one play, and Baran Özdemir with his dynamism and productivity in the midfield.

There was also a change in duties at the club. Hasan Koç, known by the nickname "Uncle" (Dayı) and considered one of the important figures in the community, has been appointed as the team's general captain for the new season. President Okumuş used the phrases "our club's quarter-century-old plane tree, a great Osmanelispor fan, and a living legend" for Hasan Koç.

The Osmanelispor management aims to complete its squad planning before the new season and build a permanent and competitive team in the PGL.
