Azerbaijan and Armenia delegations to meet in Berlin
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will meet in Berlin, the capital of Germany, on February 28-29.
According to Armenia's official news agency Armenpress, citing Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Ani Badalyan, following the talks held in Munich, Germany, on February 17, and in accordance with the instructions given by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Foreign Ministers Bayramov and Mirzoyan will hold a meeting in Berlin on February 28-29 within the framework of peace treaty negotiations.
THE TWO LEADERS MET ON FEBRUARY 17
Azerbaijani President Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan met in Germany on February 17.
Aliyev and Pashinyan, who instructed their foreign ministers to meet soon for peace treaty negotiations, also requested that the border demarcation commissions convene soon.
Prior to the bilateral meeting between Aliyev and Pashinyan, a trilateral meeting was held with the participation of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
