Civil servants in Greece go on strike

Drawing attention to the high cost of living in the country, ADEDY announced a 24-hour strike with the demand that the economic conditions of civil servants be improved.

Following ADEDY's call, civil servants gathered in front of the Ministry of Finance in the Greek capital, Athens, to hold a protest.

The protesters demanded an increase in civil servant salaries, an increase in the tax-free income threshold, and an increase in the number of civil servants.
