Israel postpones prisoner swap: Here is the reason
The Israeli government has announced that the plan to release Palestinian prisoners has been postponed.
The Palestinian Prisoners' Society stated that Israel's delay in releasing Palestinian prisoners during the seventh round of the prisoner swap, by failing to release them at the agreed-upon time, constitutes "organized terrorism and mistreatment of prisoners."
The following statement was issued by Israel regarding the matter:
"The reason for the postponement of the plan to release Palestinian prisoners is Hamas's violations; the release of the prisoners has been delayed until the other hostages are released."
