New appointment decisions covering the bank's senior management and subsidiaries have been made at Türkiye İş Bankası Group. The İş Bankası Board of Directors has decided to appoint three executives currently serving as general managers in group companies and the bank's Head of Subsidiaries Department as deputy general managers.
Accordingly, TSKB General Manager Ozan Uyar, İş Yatırım General Manager Kenan Ayvacı, Anadolu Sigorta General Manager Zekai Mehmet Tuğtan, and İş Bankası Head of Subsidiaries Department Murat Doğan will be appointed as deputy general managers of İş Bankası.
These appointments will take effect following the completion of the necessary notifications and approval processes with the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK).
CHANGES IN SUBSIDIARIES AS WELL
The management changes were not limited to the İş Bankası Executive Committee. It was decided that İş Bankası Deputy General Manager Sezgin Yılmaz will be appointed as the General Manager of Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik.
İş Bankası Deputy General Manager Sezgin Lüle will be appointed as the General Manager of TSKB. Both appointments will become effective after the completion of the relevant application and approval processes.
Furthermore, it was announced that İş Bankası Deputy General Manager Gürler Özkök will continue his duties as the bank's Internal Systems Coordinator.
One of the new deputy general managers, Ozan Uyar, is a graduate of the METU Department of Business Administration. Uyar, who began his career at İş Bankası in 1997 as an assistant inspector at the Board of Inspectors, held various managerial positions in the bank's loans, corporate banking, and project finance departments. Uyar had been serving as the General Manager of TSKB since August 1, 2025.
Kenan Ayvacı is also a graduate of the METU Department of Business Administration. Ayvacı, who holds a master's degree in economics from Galatasaray University, began his career at İş Bankası in 1998 as an assistant inspector. Following his managerial roles in capital markets, he became the Deputy General Manager of İş Yatırım in May 2019 and served as the General Manager of İş Yatırım starting in February 2024.
Zekai Mehmet Tuğtan, a graduate of the Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations, began his career at the İş Bankası Board of Inspectors in 2001. Having held managerial positions in retail banking sales, product, and marketing units, Tuğtan had been working as the General Manager of Anadolu Sigorta since January 2023.
Murat Doğan is a graduate of the Istanbul Technical University Department of Industrial Engineering. Starting his career in 2000 as an assistant investment specialist in the İş Bankası Subsidiaries Department, Doğan held various managerial positions in the same department and had been serving as the Head of the Subsidiaries Department since November 2021.
