Turkish Airlines finalizes order agreement for up to 150 737 MAX aircraft with Boeing
Turkish Airlines has signed an agreement for up to 150 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft, consisting of 100 firm orders and 50 options.
Turkish Airlines (THY) has signed a new order agreement with Boeing covering up to 150 aircraft as part of its long-term growth plans.
Under the agreement, THY has placed a firm order for 100 Boeing 737-8 aircraft. The company also secured options for 50 additional Boeing 737 MAX aircraft.
The order, finalized following negotiations that have been ongoing since 2025, stands out as the largest single-aisle aircraft deal THY has made with Boeing to date.
The agreement also grants THY the flexibility to transition to the Boeing 737-10, the largest model in the 737 MAX family. The order is expected to be utilized in line with the renewal of the fleet and the company's growth targets.
