In his post, Yavuzyılmaz announced that they have determined that apartment maintenance fees will also increase.

Apartment maintenance fees are going up!

We have determined that starting from February 2025, there will be a price hike not only for residences but also for the electricity consumed in the common areas of apartment buildings.

Just like in residences, a 90% electricity price hike is coming for apartment buildings with a monthly electricity bill of 1,050 liras or more.
