Apartment maintenance fees are going up!
We have determined that starting from February 2025, there will be a price hike not only for residences but also for the electricity consumed in the common areas of apartment buildings.
Just like in residences, a 90% electricity price hike is coming for apartment buildings with a monthly electricity bill of 1,050 liras or more.
