Müslim Sarı, spokesperson for the Republican People's Party (CHP) under the 'Butlan' administration, made evaluations regarding the change process within the party and the names who have left during a press conference held at the CHP Uşak Provincial Headquarters.
Stating that they encountered a situation he described as "chaos" in the party when they took office, Sarı noted that they have been trying to manage this process and that a comprehensive renewal has taken place within the organization.
"74 of our provincial chairs have changed. More than 60 of our provincial chairs are serving as provincial chair for the first time. Therefore, there has been a very deep-rooted organizational restructuring in the party during this period. Perhaps there has never been anything like this in the history of the Republican People's Party."

Sarı stated that returns to the Republican People's Party have begun, and that there are individuals who have established contact with them at the organizational, parliamentary, and mayoral levels. Noting that they see the congress processes as an opportunity, Sarı recorded that the provincial congresses will be completed as of February 14 and that the date for the grand assembly will be determined afterward.
Giving an indirect message to those who left the party to join the NEW Party, Sarı said that the process must be managed carefully. Sarı used the expressions, "Look, do not slam the doors shut so hard. You will have to open them."
Sarı also called on those remaining in the party not to show disrespect toward those who have left, saying, "They will come back." Arguing that time is working in their favor, Sarı stated that he believes the congress process will bring dynamism back to the party.
