In the statement made by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was noted that disinformation-based reports have appeared in some social and visual media outlets today, claiming that the indictment announced to the public and the letter written to the Supreme Court of Appeals Chief Public Prosecutor's Office requested the closure of the CHP.

The statement said, "Our letter consists solely of a notification to the Supreme Court of Appeals Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, as required by law, following the detection of certain financial irregularities by the aforementioned party.

These types of reports, which are understood to be entirely disinformation and malicious, should not be given any credence."
