‘Öcalan’ lobbying for the ‘laws’ of the resolution process

It is claimed that a timeline has been created for the legal regulations that have come to the agenda within the scope of the government's second resolution process, which it calls a “Terror-Free Turkey.” According to behind-the-scenes information, Abdullah Öcalan, the leader of the terrorist organization PKK, and the so-called leaders of the terrorist organization PKK will not be included in the regulations, which will be prepared as ‘time-bound and special.’ It is planned that the regulations will be completed within three months and that the implementation will begin in July and be put into effect gradually.

‘Öcalan’ lobbying for the ‘laws’ of the resolution process

MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli is the architect of the second resolution process, which the government calls a Terror-Free Turkey, conducted with the DEM Party and Abdullah Öcalan, the leader of the terrorist organization PKK; all eyes are now turned to the ‘legal regulations.’

Nefes columnist Nuray Babacan claimed that a timeline has been created regarding the legal regulations that the DEM Party and MHP frequently bring to the agenda.

Stating that the goal is to complete the regulations in question within the next three months, according to information discussed behind the scenes, Babacan continued her assessment with the following statements:

"According to the information obtained, ‘Öcalan and PKK leaders’ will not be included in the framework drawn up for the laws that will be prepared as ‘time-bound and special.’ Priority will be given to organization members who have not been involved in crimes. After the state shares data regarding the surrender of weapons, ‘conditional release’ will come to the agenda for those in prison. As has been said from the beginning, it is conveyed that Öcalan will not leave İmralı, and the recently constructed structure confirms this.

According to the timeline regarding the work under the management of Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz and Group Deputy Chairman Abdülhamit Gül, the legal process will be concluded by June. It is being discussed that the implementation will begin in July and be completed within 6 months, or one year if necessary."
