New questions from AKP's Sayan to the BRSA President: Answer my questions instead of trying to scare me with the court

Following the statement issued by the institution in response to the questions he directed at the BRSA President regarding the fund investigation, AKP member Savcı Sayan has escalated the debate with a new post. Addressing the BRSA President by saying, "Do not think you can scare me with the court," Sayan asked about the content of meetings held on September 9 and 11. New questions from AKP's Sayan to the BRSA President: Answer my questions instead of trying to scare me with the court

AKP member Savcı Sayan has responded to the statement issued by the BRSA following the questions he directed at the BRSA President regarding the fund investigation with a new post. Continuing his criticism of the BRSA President, the AKP member demanded answers to his questions and reacted to attempts to intimidate him with the court.

Stating that he set out alongside President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in 2014 by saying, "My party is the CHP, my vote is for RTE," Sayan recalled that he had declared at that time that he was prepared for death, exile, and imprisonment. Expressing that he remains just as determined today, Sayan noted that his loyalty to President Erdoğan has further increased his responsibility to defend the rights of the nation.

Saying, "I owe no silence to any office holder," Savcı Sayan expressed his belief that, in addition to the problems faced by the victims of the fund, the process carries a dimension of an operation directed at the Turkish economy and President Erdoğan.

"Protect the reputation of the institution with clear and concrete answers"

Emphasizing that the BRSA is an institution of the nation, Sayan stated, "Institutions are permanent, presidents are temporary." Stating that the questions he raised should not be presented as an attack on the institution, Sayan demanded clear and concrete answers from the BRSA President.

Saying, "Do not think you can scare me with the court," Savcı Sayan stated that the questions he raised the previous day remain unanswered and shared his new questions with the public. Sayan announced that his questions would continue and that he would also address other relevant institutions that he believes have failed to fulfill their supervisory duties.

September 9 question to the BRSA President: What did you discuss with Emre Tezmen and Serdar Turhan?

The most striking part of Sayan's new post was his questions regarding meetings the BRSA President allegedly held in September.

Sayan directed the following questions to the BRSA President:

Which delegations did you meet with at the BRSA building on September 9, 2026, at 14:00?

What did you discuss and what did you plan with Emre Tezmen and Serdar Turhan following the delegation meeting?

Who did you meet with on September 11, 2026?

Call to the Ministers of Interior and Justice and the Head of the MIT

At the end of his post, AKP member Savcı Sayan also issued a call to Minister of Interior Mustafa Çiftçi, Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek, and Head of the MIT İbrahim Kalın.

Demanding an investigation into the content of the meetings and discussions held on September 9 and 11, 2026, Sayan requested that it be revealed whether these meetings had any connection to the fund crisis and that the necessary investigation be conducted.

Sayan stated that clarifying the matter is extremely important for the public and especially for the victims of the fund.
