Retaining wall collapses in Üsküdar! Vehicles narrowly escape
A retaining wall of a wooded area on Göksu Street in Üsküdar has collapsed. Following intensive efforts by crews, traffic was reopened in a controlled manner, while one vehicle narrowly escaped being buried under the debris.
The retaining wall of a wooded area on Göksu Street in the Kandilli neighborhood collapsed for reasons yet to be determined.

PRECAUTIONS TAKEN
Upon notification, fire, medical, and police teams were dispatched to the scene. Police officers cordoned off the area around the dual-lane street, which had been closed to traffic, to take necessary precautions.

After municipal crews cleared the stones and soil blocking the road, traffic on the street is now being managed in a controlled manner.
