Saygı Öztürk explains the 'secret witness' incident in the Ayhan Bora Kaplan case: 'He goes to a soup shop with an electronic shackle!'

Fugitive Serdar Sertçelik, who is being tried on allegations of being the number two of the Ayhan Bora Kaplan organized crime group, recently announced that he was the secret witness in the case and claimed that he was directed by police officers.

"FINGERPRINTS ARE TAKEN"

Journalist Saygı Öztürk, who reported on the incident and the secret witness affair, said the following:

"Regarding this incident, he gives a 19-page statement before fleeing abroad. A code name like M7U...C4 is given. The names of secret witnesses are not written in documents. Afterwards, instead of a signature, a fingerprint is taken when the statement is finished, and the file is preserved in this way.

This incident also involves someone we will call S.S. He is one of the managers of the Ayhan Bora Kaplan organization. This person gave his statement, but he is currently abroad.

According to this person's claim; 'I pressed my thumb to whatever they said, according to the fiction they prepared at the Ankara Police Department. There were even such great contradictions that there are statements in this incident as if Kasım and I were going to kill each other,' he says.

CLAIM THAT HE WAS TOLD "IT IS BEST FOR YOU TO LEAVE TURKEY"

'The other people were arrested, but when it was my turn, the judges released me and gave me house arrest,' he says.

An electronic shackle is attached to this person. Then he goes to drink soup at night. He says the police officers were providing me with convenience. He was told; 'it is best for you to leave Turkey, we will call you when the case comes up.'

HE WENT TO A SOUP SHOP WITH AN ELECTRONIC SHACKLE!

You have an electronic shackle on your leg. The police did not pursue this incident. It is known that this person is in Dubai. How is it possible that he can go to a soup shop? He has also started to publish the conversations he had with police officials. There are some allegations that need to be brought to light as soon as possible.

THE SECRET WITNESS ISSUE

There is a phenomenon called secret witness in Turkey. Our state should never believe them. They themselves are revealing the secret witness testimony that the police wrote about them. This information must definitely be presented with photos and other events; otherwise, Turkey experiences such scandals.

An investigation has been launched regarding the Ankara Police Department. A person with a shackle on his leg leaving is a complete scandal."
