Shocking Habertürk claim regarding the arrested Cem Küçük! 'Intelligence before the broadcast...'

New details have emerged regarding the prosecutor's statement of pro-government journalist Cem Küçük, who was arrested on charges of "publicly disseminating misleading information." Küçük, who was arrested on July 31, was questioned about secret witness testimonies reportedly included in the investigation file.

The statement conveyed the secret witness's allegations that Küçük "produced favorable or unfavorable news in exchange for money" and exerted pressure through his broadcasts. Küçük was also asked whether he gave the impression of speaking with intelligence officials by holding his phone to his ear before television broadcasts in order to influence those in the studio.

The secret witness stated the following in their testimony:

"He uses social media, television channels, and his newspaper column to blackmail and threaten people in difficult situations, taking advantage of their circumstances to produce news and broadcasts for or against them in exchange for money. Before appearing on HaberTürk broadcasts, Cem Küçük would hold his phone to his ear and act as if he were talking to the intelligence chief of that period or intelligence officials to create a perception, and he would carry out such perception management among the people around him. The people around him would believe these unreal conversations and act accordingly."

Cem Küçük denied the allegations directed at him. It was reported that in his statement, Küçük said, "I do not accept this statement. I have never had a broadcast in this manner. I have never acted in this manner."
