Stabbing in Kayseri: 13-year-old child critically injured
A 13-year-old child was critically injured after being stabbed during a fight between two families who were allegedly feuding in the Kocasinan district of Kayseri.
The incident occurred in the Yenidoğan neighborhood of the district, where a dispute between two groups, who were reportedly feuding, escalated into a fight.
As the fight intensified, an unidentified individual attacked 13-year-old M.T. with a knife. While M.T. was critically injured by the stab wounds, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene upon notification. M.T. was transported to Kayseri City Hospital by ambulance and is currently receiving treatment; it was reported that the child is in critical condition.
Police teams, who took security measures at the scene, conducted an investigation and launched an effort to apprehend the person or persons involved in the incident.
An investigation into the incident has been launched.
