Statement from Justice Minister Tunç regarding Narin Güran, who went missing in Diyarbakır
Justice Minister Yılmaz Tunç announced that the investigation into the disappearance of 8-year-old Narin Güran in the Tavşantepe neighborhood of Diyarbakır's central district is continuing in a multi-faceted manner, and that 1 person is currently in custody.
Tunç included the following statements in his post on his social media account:
"The investigation initiated by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the disappearance of our 8-year-old child Narin Güran in the Tavşantepe neighborhood of Diyarbakır's central district is being carried out in a multi-faceted manner.
Within the scope of the investigation, 1 person is currently in custody.
Every detail is being carefully examined to clarify the incident, and the process of taking statements continues as part of the meticulously conducted investigation.
Our hope is that our child Narin is found safe and sound as soon as possible."
