Teacher shuttle buses collide in Siverek: 28 injured
Twenty-eight people were injured when two shuttle buses carrying teachers collided in the Siverek district of Şanlıurfa. It was stated that the accident was caused by an animal that ran onto the road, and the injured teachers are reported to be in good condition.
The accident occurred at the 7th kilometer of the Siverek-Karacadağ highway. According to the information received, the teacher shuttle bus with license plate 63 N 3657, driven by M.S., braked suddenly to avoid hitting an animal that had entered the road. At that moment, another teacher shuttle bus with license plate 63 S 6325, driven by B.C. and traveling in the same direction, struck the stationary minibus from behind. Upon notification, health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene. The 28 people injured in the accident were taken to Siverek State Hospital for treatment.

It was learned that the teachers involved in the accident work at the Faydalı and Erkonağı schools and that their condition is good.
