An individual walking his dog off-leash in Beşiktaş Maçka Park attacked two people, one of whom was a woman, after they warned him.
The incident occurred on September 28 in Maçka Park. According to the information obtained, while an individual was walking his dog in the park, two people warned him that he should not walk the dog off-leash. Following the warning, the dog owner attacked the two people, one of whom was a woman. The dog owner, who beat the woman and the man with punches, then fled the scene. Upon the report of the victims, identified as C.E. and a woman named G.K., police teams were dispatched to the area. The police teams launched an investigation into the incident. During the investigation, the identity of the dog owner was determined as D.Ö. The assailant was caught and taken into custody on the same day at his home in the Harbiye neighborhood of Şişli. After the completion of the procedures at the police station, the individual was referred to judicial authorities on charges of "intentional injury" and "threat - insult." Meanwhile, the moments when the assailant beat the woman and the man with punches were captured on a mobile phone camera.
