Leadership change at Katılımevim
Following a travel ban, Serdar Turhan has resigned from his positions at Katılımevim. Emre Tezmen has become the chairman of the board.
The investigation launched following reports that Pusula Portföy Chairman Muhammet Yarız fled abroad by boat from Marmaris has led to a change in Katılımevim's management. As part of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, a travel ban was imposed on Pusula Yatırım Holding Chairman Serdar Turhan.
Turhan, who was also the Chairman of the Board of Katılımevim, resigned from all his positions at the company following the decision. In a notification made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was announced that board member Ahmet Özcan had also resigned from his duties along with Turhan.

According to the KAP statement, Emre Tezmen and Erkan Kilimci were appointed to the two vacant board seats. In the new structure, Emre Tezmen was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Katılımevim.
BOARD APPROVALS AWAITED FOR THE SALES PROCESS
Pusula Yatırım Holding, which holds the majority shares of Katılımevim, announced on Friday that an agreement had been reached for the sale of its assets, worth billions of liras, to Tera Holding. The completion of the sale requires the approval of the Capital Markets Board (SPK), the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK), and the Competition Authority.

While the fate of the sale process became a subject of curiosity following the investigation, the company stated that the process is currently at the stage of obtaining approvals from regulatory bodies. The statement indicated that there is no cancellation regarding the sale.
