Partnership rights for 99.98% of shares in Golden Global Yatırım Bankası transferred to TMSF
The BRSA has decided that the non-dividend partnership rights of the 99.98% stake in Golden Global Yatırım Bankası will be exercised by the TMSF.
It has been decided that the partnership rights, excluding dividends, regarding the total 99.98% stake held by shareholders in Golden Global Yatırım Bankası AŞ will be exercised by the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF).
According to the statement from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA), the decision covers the shares of three partners in the bank. Accordingly, the non-dividend partnership rights related to the 53.98% stake owned by Emir Kaya, the 32% stake owned by Salih Berberoğlu, and the 14% stake owned by Recep Kaba will be exercised by the TMSF.
The decision means that management and partnership rights, excluding the right to dividends, for the shares in question have been transferred to the TMSF. The BRSA statement noted that the decision was taken by the Board.
