Starting January 1: A new era in credit usage for tradespeople
A new era is beginning for Treasury-subsidized credit usage for tradespeople. Starting in 2026, it will be mandatory to report expenditures and submit invoices for a certain portion of the credit used.
Starting January 1, 2026, tradespeople who wish to benefit from the Treasury-Subsidized Investment and Operating Credit will be required to declare how they will spend at least 33 percent of the credit they use and document this with official invoices. The regulation will become even stricter in 2027, with reports indicating that this rate will be increased to at least 67 percent.
NO SUPPORT FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT SUBMIT DOCUMENTS
It is noted that if the credit is used for purposes other than those declared or if false statements are detected, the Treasury interest support application will be completely revoked.
PREVENTING DEVIATION FROM THE PURPOSE OF THE CREDIT
It is stated that the new application aims to prevent the use of these credits in non-investment areas such as gold, vehicles, or real estate.
