Trustee decision for Doğusan Boru's main shareholder: Management transferred to SDIF

Doğusan Boru Sanayii ve Ticaret A.Ş., which is traded on Borsa İstanbul, has notified the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) regarding developments concerning the management of its main shareholder, Doğusan Yatırım İnşaat A.Ş.

According to the company's statement dated September 23, 2026, it has been decided that the management of Doğusan Yatırım İnşaat A.Ş., which holds a 56.09 percent stake in Doğusan Boru's capital, will be conducted by the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (SDIF) with trustee powers, in accordance with the decision of the relevant legal authorities and the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code.

With this decision, the management of the legal entity that is the majority shareholder of Doğusan Boru has passed to the SDIF. Doğusan Boru stated that it will continue to inform the public and investors within the framework of relevant legislation as developments occur regarding the process of appointing the SDIF as trustee to the main shareholder.

Doğusan Boru's KAP statement indicates that the process regarding the company's shareholding structure and the administration of the main partner will be monitored by investors. In its statement, the company emphasized that developments will be shared within the scope of legislative provisions.
