Ülker restructures its loan debt

Ülker Bisküvi has announced that it has restructured the loan agreement it signed last year with the International Finance Corporation (IFC). In a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company reported that the maturity of the 75 million euro loan has been extended by five years.

The company's statement included the following: "Ülker Bisküvi has signed a new agreement with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to extend the maturity of the 75 million euro loan agreement signed in 2024 by 5 years. The loan is structured with interest payments every six months and principal repayment at maturity. The purpose of the resource utilization will remain the same as the original loan terms."
