The monthly amount of the non-repayable scholarship for associate and undergraduate students has been announced as 4,000 TL. Applications are being received electronically through the official website of the VGM. Students must enter the information in the application form accurately and completely, and submit any documents that may be requested in a timely manner.

Scholarship and student loan applications conducted by the Credit and Dormitories General Directorate under the Ministry of Youth and Sports were received via e-Devlet between October 12-16. Students who meet the requirements can receive a scholarship, while other eligible candidates can receive a repayable student loan.
In addition to central scholarships, educational support announcements from municipalities are also important for students. Applications for educational support from the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality for associate and undergraduate students in need continue until November 1. Such support generally requires residency, enrollment in formal education, Republic of Türkiye citizenship, and economic need. For students studying at foundation universities, the condition of being on a full scholarship may also come into play.
