The General Directorate of Meteorology reports that according to the latest assessments, the weather is expected to be partly cloudy in parts of Thrace, the southeast of the Marmara region, the inner Aegean, the northwest of Central Anatolia, the interior of the Western Black Sea, and the east of Eastern Anatolia. Short-term and local downpours and thunderstorms are expected in the southern parts of Karabük and Kastamonu, as well as the northern surroundings of Çankırı, while other areas are expected to be mostly clear and sunny.
