He killed his sister-in-law and seriously injured his brother

According to the information obtained, an argument broke out for an unknown reason between A.D. (54), who resides in Altınkent village, his brother H.D. (60), and his sister-in-law Sabriye Dönmez.

The argument quickly escalated into a fight. During the altercation, A.D. attacked his brother H.D. and his sister-in-law Sabriye Dönmez with a knife he was carrying.

Upon notification, health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene. Initial examinations by the medical teams determined that the sister-in-law, Sabriye Dönmez, had lost her life at the scene due to the stab wounds she received.

His brother H.D., who was seriously injured in the incident, was taken to Gediz State Hospital by ambulance after receiving initial intervention. Following treatment there, H.D., whose condition is critical, was transferred to Kütahya City Hospital for further care.

While the cause of the argument has not yet been clarified, the suspect A.D. has been taken into custody by gendarmerie teams. A comprehensive investigation into the incident is ongoing.
