New fare schedule announced for car ferry line

The new fare schedule for the İstinye-Çubuklu Car Ferry Line, which has been decided to be operated once again under the municipality in Istanbul, has been finalized. The tariff proposal discussed at the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Assembly was accepted and became official.

The third session of the IMM Assembly's September meetings was held at the municipal building in Saraçhane, chaired by the Assembly's 2nd Deputy Speaker Gencay Özcan. Following the agenda items, the İstinye-Çubuklu Car Ferry Line Fare Schedule, which was put to a vote, was accepted by the decision of the assembly members.

FEES BY VEHICLE TYPE

With the new tariff, the fees to be applied according to the types of vehicles that will cross the line have been determined. Accordingly, the car crossing fee has been set at 220 TL, and the motorcycle crossing fee at 100 TL.

A separate regulation was also made in the tariff for cyclists. No vehicle crossing fee will be charged for bicycles; cyclists using the line will only pay the standard passenger fare.
