She strangled her daughter and staged it as a suicide: Her sentence has been determined

With the witnesses heard, the case file was completed and as there were no further matters to investigate, the trial prosecutorpresentedtheirfinalopinion, requesting that Sultan Günaydın for the crime ofkilling her own daughter, in accordance with articles 82/1-d-e-f and 53 of the Turkish Penal Code,she be sentenced toaggravated lifeimprisonment and requestedthat she be punished accordingly.

The hearing was adjourned to a later dateto allow the defendant's lawyertime to prepare a defense against the prosecutor's opinion.
