Swimming banned for 2 days in these provinces
Due to adverse weather conditions, a swimming ban has been imposed in the Şarköy district of Tekirdağ and the Vize district of Kırklareli.
In the Şarköy district of Tekirdağ, located on the coast of the Sea of Marmara, swimming has been banned today due to severe weather conditions.
In a statement issued by the District Governorate, it was noted that all beaches have been closed as strong winds pose a threat to life safety. This decision was announced to the public via municipal loudspeaker systems, and teams warned citizens who were entering the water.
A similar situation occurred in the Vize district of Kırklareli, located on the Black Sea coast.
The Vize District Governorate announced that, due to adverse weather and sea conditions, swimming at the beaches is prohibited for two days starting from June 21, 2025. The District Governorate respectfully announced this decision, which was taken for the safety of citizens, to the public.
