The lawsuit regarding the CHP's 38th Ordinary Convention, heard at the Ankara 26th Civil Court of First Instance, has been adjourned until February 17, 2026.
Regarding the lawsuit filed for the annulment of the CHP's 38th Ordinary Convention held on November 4-5, 2023, the court ruled on October 24, 2025, that there was no need for a decision, stating that the main case had become 'moot'.
Following the court's dismissal decision on October 24, the plaintiffs appealed the file, and it was sent to the Ankara Regional Court of Justice.
According to the latest development, the next hearing in the ongoing legal process regarding the convention proceedings has been postponed to February 23, 2026.
