Deputy Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) and AKP Tokat Deputy Yusuf Beyazıt made statements regarding the fund fraud scandal that has occupied the public agenda. Meeting with members of the press at a program organized by the AKP Provincial Presidency, Beyazıt stated that judicial and administrative investigations are ongoing.
Expressing that there may be deficiencies, errors, or faulty practices in management processes, Beyazıt said, "Of course, during any administration, there will be deficiencies, mistakes, or those who err in some practices. Such situations can occur due to intent, negligence, or fault."
Stating that AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan took a "clear stance" after the incident came to light, Beyazıt said that there is no question of covering up the process. Beyazıt noted that judicial investigations and proceedings have been initiated by the Offices of the Chief Public Prosecutor, and that the State Supervisory Council has been tasked with the administrative and disciplinary aspects.
Beyazıt also stated that inspection processes have begun in the relevant institutions and companies, and that a fund board has been established to identify and resolve grievances. He also mentioned that legal regulatory steps are being taken to protect small investors who suffered losses despite not being involved in the manipulation.
"Not a single penny has ever been or will ever be given by the state. The payments will be carried out entirely through the assets and funds of the individuals who engaged in manipulation during this process."

Stating that proceedings have been initiated against individuals suspected of misconduct, fraud, or negligence at the Capital Markets Board (SPK), Borsa İstanbul, and other institutions, Beyazıt said that personnel changes have been made at the SPK and that judicial investigations regarding Borsa İstanbul have also been activated.
