Özgür Özel makes statements regarding CHP's judicial processes: He addressed Kılıçdaroğlu

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel made significant statements regarding the judicial processes the party is facing in an interview with Ruşen Çakır from Medyascope at his office in Istanbul.

Addressing the former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, Özel stated that Kılıçdaroğlu is the most important safeguard against the party being designed through the judiciary.

Regarding the lawsuit for the annulment of the party convention, which will be heard at the Ankara 42nd Civil Court of First Instance on September 15, Özel said, "After today's decision, I do not expect a ruling against the CHP."

Touching upon the issue of appointing a trustee to the CHP Istanbul Provincial Presidency, Özel described this situation as a planned operation by the AK Party government.

Reminding that the case regarding the appointment of a trustee to the Istanbul Provincial Administration was rejected by the court in Ankara, Özel stated that this decision also rendered the injunction in Istanbul void.

Özel's statements are being evaluated not as internal CHP matters, but as strategic moves by the government targeting the party.
