It has been stated that CHP Chairman Özgür Özel will meet with former Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu on September 1 to exchange views on party charter amendments.
Republican People's Party (CHP) Chairman Özgür Özel is expected to hold a meeting with former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu on September 1.
According to a report by Birgün, it was stated that Özgür Özel will seek Kılıçdaroğlu's input regarding the planned amendments to the party charter.
In previous statements, Özel had indicated that he would visit Kılıçdaroğlu before the party convention and that he would listen to Kılıçdaroğlu's views and suggestions during this meeting.

EXTRAORDINARY CONVENTION DECISION HAD BEEN TAKEN
The CHP Party Assembly had unanimously decided to hold an Extraordinary Convention between September 6-9 to amend the party charter and initiate work on program changes.
In line with this, the symbolic opening of the convention will take place in Sivas on September 4, the 105th anniversary of the Sivas Congress. The Party Assembly will convene in Sivas to commemorate this significant day; the Parliamentary Group and Provincial Chairs will also attend this meeting.
CONVENTION TO BEGIN ON SEPTEMBER 6
The Extraordinary Convention will officially begin on September 6 and continue in Ankara until September 9. It is stated that the primary topics among the radical changes planned for the CHP Charter include primary elections, term limits, and success criteria. During this process, the CHP's new roadmap is expected to be determined.
