New appointments made via presidential decree

With a decree published in the Official Gazette under the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, significant appointments were made in various institutions. Esma Ersin was appointed to the Alevi-Bektashi Culture and Cemevi Presidency, replacing Alirıza Özdemir.
There were also changes at the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF). Fatin Rüştü Karakaş was appointed as president, while Yusuf Öksüzömer was appointed as a member.
New names were also included in the Yunus Emre Foundation Board of Trustees. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Sacit Açıkgözoğlu, Prof. Dr. Derya Örs, Prof. Dr. Osman Mert, Prof. Dr. Ali Osman Kurt, and Prof. Dr. Emel Topçu were appointed as full members.
