Apple has issued a statement regarding the inner screen cracking issue reported by some users on its foldable phone, the iPhone Duo, which went on sale on October 23. The company confirmed the issue, stating that it affects a “limited number of users.”
User complaints indicated that cracks formed on the inner screen after short-term use, particularly when opening and closing the device. In posts regarding the issue, which also gained attention in Turkey, it was alleged that the hinge mechanism stiffened and a bright line appeared on the screen.

Apple has requested that users experiencing similar issues with their inner screens contact the AppleCare department directly. According to the company's statement, users affected by this situation will be able to apply for a device replacement.
The reported complaints state that the cracking emerges on the flexible panel following strain in the hinge area and is noticed by a distinct line extending from the center of the screen toward the right edge. Apple, however, emphasizes that the problem does not encompass all devices and is limited to a specific number of users.
