The club announced that the project will be implemented at a cost of approximately 50 million Euros. After the capacity increases to 64,000, an annual increase of approximately 25 million Euros is expected in addition to Fenerbahçe's current revenues.

Fenerbahçe Board Member Nihat Özbağı stated that matches can largely be played in Kadıköy during the work. Özbağı expressed that a few matches might be played at another stadium while the roof is being raised, and that the construction period is planned as 12 months according to the work schedule.
The approximate cost of the construction is 50 million Euros. After the completion of the construction, our estimated annual revenue increase will be approximately 25 million Euros in addition to our current revenues.

In the statement, it was noted that after the capacity increase, the exterior cladding process will be moved to as the final stage, and with this step, it is aimed to provide full acoustics in the stadium's interior atmosphere.
